Jillian F. Hayes

Specializing in serious personal injury and sexual assault litigation, Jillian F. Hayes is a top trial attorney in San Diego. In 2021, Jillian pursued her lifelong dream of managing her own personal injury law firm and started Hayes Law, APC. Jillian’s passion has always been to help people in need. Some of Jillian’s noteworthy results include a 7-figure settlement for her homeless client who was severely injured in a pedestrian vs. auto collision in La Jolla, CA. In addition, Jillian was one of the lead attorneys on the team who successfully represented Angela Bolger in the precedent-setting appeal in Bolger v. Amazon.com, LLC.
