We are so proud to announce Jim Hayes as our new partner here at Hayes Law!
Jim has been serving clients as a personal injury attorney for over a decade, focusing on cases involving vehicle collisions, bicycle accidents, dog bites, pedestrian accidents, slips and falls, and more. He’s passionate about helping people and is always relentless in the pursuit of justice.
Recently named One to Watch by Best Lawyers (2021 – 2022) and a Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2022), Jim prides himself on being there for his clients and helping them navigate the legal process without too much disruption to their daily lives. He uses his years of insider knowledge from his previous experience defending insurance companies to ensure his clients obtain the maximum compensation for their injuries.
Jim graduated with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice Administration from San Diego State University followed by a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he graduated with honors.
In addition to his legal career, Jim loves getting outside in his free time. Whether it’s snowboarding, fishing, hiking, or even surfing, he loves exploring San Diego’s diverse scenery and finding new adventures around every corner! He also enjoys relaxing with his wife, Jillian, and their loveable dog.
